- Prices include tax. In Korea you pay in KRW with VAT included; elsewhere you pay in USD, and our reseller Paddle accounts for local sales tax or VAT within the price shown.
- Pro and add-ons are billed monthly and renew automatically. Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- You can request a full refund of the first payment of a subscription within 14 days of that payment.
- Translation and summaries provided by Xessenger come with a monthly allowance that depends on your plan.
- Jenny, the in-app assistant, uses the AI provider account you connect. Charges from that provider may apply and are not included in Xessenger plans.
- If your connected accounts exceed your plan, nothing is deleted. Adding connections and some sending features are limited until your account is within your plan.
- Gmail connections are currently available to test participants while Google verification is completed.
