Messenger with Xessenger

Familiar conversations, now in Xessenger.

Messages from Facebook friends and from people who find you on Facebook arrive in Messenger. Xessenger brings those conversations into the desktop inbox you use for your other channels.

Sign in once. Keep replying from your Mac.

Connect by signing in to Facebook in the Xessenger Mac app. You can read and reply to existing conversations, and the people you talk to keep using Messenger as usual.

From Facebook sign-in to your next reply

  1. Sign in from the Mac app

Start the Messenger connection in the Xessenger Mac app and sign in to Facebook in the window that opens. Complete any security check Facebook asks for in that window.

  2. Let conversations synchronize

Recent conversations arrive after you connect. Check the connection status if something is missing.

  3. Reply in the conversation

Open the thread, confirm the sending account and send your reply. New conversations start in Messenger itself.

An independent connection to Messenger

Xessenger is not an official Messenger, Facebook or Meta app. Facebook may ask for additional verification, interrupt a connection, or restrict an account; turning on two-factor authentication makes a lock less likely. Xessenger cannot guarantee that account restrictions will not occur. Public downloads are not open yet.
